Our Collection is seasonal and limited. Thoughtfully designed with sustainability and statement pieces for the most value. We understand if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Please get in touch with us. We would love to make it an easy process for you.

Return/Exchange

Orders can be exchanged within 21 days from receiving your order.

You have 14 days from receiving your order for a Return/Refund.

We will gladly help in assisting you and making this as easy as we can for you.

Contact us at support@equilibrela.com for a Return Label and Reason before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an email confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unworn in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Orders placed with discounts are eligible for exchange only. Shipping Rates do not apply.

Free Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

Within 5-14 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. 

Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unworn items with tags attached if shipped within 14 days of your order delivery date.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the items sent back to them.

Return Instructions

Our packaging is 100% recyclable. We reuse return packaging to reduce waste.

An Email confirmation will be sent to you with instructions. Once confirmation has been sent, please use following address to make returns:

Items must be returned clean, unworn, and with all their tags attached. Naturally any faulty items cannot be returned. Returns of any non-faulty items that are not in condition suitable for resale (i.e., used, washed, damaged, soiled or altered) will not be accepted nor refunded and will be sent back to you.

  • We suggest reusing the recycled packaging your item was sent in, for returning it to us. This helps reduce our impact on the environment.
  • Ensure that the return address or sticker is affixed to the front of the package. Your customer service representative will be in touch to confirm the return of your item/s and process your refund.
  • Most refunds or exchanges take between 7-10 working days to fully process. Items received after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund but may be credited at the discretion of EQUILIBRE LA.

      Canceling an Order

      If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact support@equilibrela.com further assistance.

      We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

       

      FINAL SALE ITEMS

      All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
